Refunds/Fees/Cancellations:
The weekly program follows the NSW school (usually 10-week) term. Game analysis are charged per game. Look out on our socials for special events and holiday camps.
All missed/cancelled sessions are either made up at another suitable time or credited for the next term- No refunds unless discussed with the coach.
Cancellations made prior to a scheduled session, will be subject to a make-up session within the school term. The make-up session may be held on a different day, with a different coach. Precision Goalkeeper Academy reserve the right to change the coach of the session, if needed.
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the session to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 8 hours of the session will not be refunded or credited, except in exceptional circumstances.
No refunds will be provided once payment is made - unless extreme circumstances.
If your child suffers a long term illness such as a broken limb, or other, please notify Precision Goalkeeper Academy immediately.
Wet Weather:
In the event that the fields are unplayable due to rain or dangerous weather, the session will be cancelled. Training is always on - unless you receive a message from your coach. Cancelled sessions because of weather will be either made up on another day or credited.
Medical:
You must disclose of any medical conditions the registered player has where applicable when registering with us. Such information will be kept strictly confidential by Precision Goalkeeper Academy as is other personal information we may collect. Precision Goalkeeper Academy accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, loss or damage to the applicant player during our training programs.
Parent(s) understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with their child participating in the activities provided by Precision Goalkeeper Academy and participate at their own risk and shall indemnify Precision Goalkeeper Academy and its staff against all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against the academy. In the case of an emergency (and if necessary), coaches will call an Ambulance for any individual participating in a session. Any costs associated with the Ambulance or associated medical treatment is the sole responsibility of the individual.
Other:
I give consent for Precision Goalkeeper Academy to take photographs or videos of sessions/classes, where my child might attend, for promotional purposes, unless you advise in writing that you do not wish this to occur.
Appropriate footwear (football boots) must be worn to ensure safety and maximum enjoyment, as well as always staying hydrated and sun safe.
Payment:
Payment can be either made with cash (whole term transaction) or through bank transfer (also whole term only).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being published. All current clients will be notified if any changes are made.
